Access control is no longer a luxury reserved for large corporations. Across the province of Alicante and the Region of Murcia we work with offices in Torrevieja, Elche and Alicante city, industrial units on estates such as those in San Vicente del Raspeig, Elda or Cartagena, and residents' associations along the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida, where turnover of owners and service staff (gardening, cleaning, pool maintenance) is constant for much of the year.
In all of these settings the underlying problem is the same: traditional physical keys and cards do not scale well when a lot of people are coming and going, and they leave no reliable trace of who went where. For a company with data protection obligations (GDPR) covering areas where customer data is handled, or for an association that wants to know who enters the garage at three in the morning, the difference between an old-fashioned key system and managed digital access control is not a matter of convenience but of legal responsibility and genuine security.
Below we explain, with the technical detail the subject deserves, why classic proximity cards are vulnerable, what the technology we install actually contributes, and how it applies to each type of installation.
Most white cards installed in offices and residential buildings use old RFID chips (EM4100, MIFARE Classic) whose encryption was technically broken more than fifteen years ago. With an off-the-shelf reader-copier, anyone can get close to an original card, read its contents and write an exact duplicate in seconds, without the owner ever knowing. The practical outcome is that the access log stops being reliable: if two identical cards open the same door, there is no longer any certainty about who actually went in.
Old Keys & Cards
If an employee loses a key, you must change the building lock.
Old white cards are cloned in 5 seconds with €20 devices.
No log: You don't know who entered on the weekend.
DDR360 Smart Access
If someone loses a card, we deactivate it in 1 click from mobile.
Uncopyable: We use the same chip as credit cards (AES128).
Total log: Know who enters and exits, and at what time.
More than opening doors.
More than opening doors, it's your building's nervous system.
Central Brain (HikCentral)
A dashboard for the manager. Register a new employee on all doors in 10 seconds. Open a door remotely from home if there's an emergency.
Your Face is the Key
Face readers that work in 0.2 seconds. Forget cards: no one can 'lend' their face to a colleague to clock in for them.
Military Encryption
We create a unique 'Digital Master Key' for your company. No outsider can read or duplicate your credentials.
Each type of installation has different needs. This is what we typically configure depending on the case, whether in offices and industrial estates or in residents' associations across Alicante and Murcia:
Offices & Coworking
Goodbye physical keys. If you fire an employee, their access is revoked instantly. Control who enters the server room.
Warehouses & Logistics
The barrier opens automatically upon reading the authorized truck license plate. Turnstiles prevent unauthorized people from entering.
Luxury Communities
Neighbors enter by car without remote (license plate reading). Create temporary QR codes for the gardener to enter only on Tuesdays from 9 to 11.
We handle the whole process: surveying the access points, cabling to each reader or barrier, configuring HikCentral with the profiles and schedules you need, and training your staff or the association's committee so that day-to-day management is straightforward. On most medium-sized installations the work is completed in one or two days.
We cover the whole province of Alicante (Torrevieja, Orihuela, Elche, Alicante city, Benidorm, San Vicente del Raspeig, Elda) and the Region of Murcia (Murcia city, Cartagena, Lorca, San Javier), including preventive maintenance and ongoing support once the system is installed.
