An office network is rarely designed all at once: it grows over the years, with switches added wherever needed, cables run wherever was quickest, and consumer WiFi points bought just to get by. It works, until the company grows, another room is added, or a new system needs more bandwidth than the installation can handle without falling over.

Structured cabling and certification

We design and install Cat6 or Cat6A cabling as needed, with organised rack cabinets and labelled patch panels. Every network point is certified with an approved tester and a certification report is issued, so there's proof the installation meets the standard — not just that it "works today". It's the difference between a network that can be safely expanded and diagnosed, and an undocumented tangle of cables nobody dares to touch.

Professional WiFi, not a home router

A business WiFi network is managed from a controller: several access points spread across the building, a single network name with seamless roaming between floors or zones, and a guest network kept separate from the company's internal network. A home router — however good — isn't built to handle more than a handful of simultaneous devices, let alone cover a warehouse or a multi-floor office without dead zones.

Unified communications: VoIP phone systems

We replace the traditional analogue phone system with a VoIP system that runs over the same data network: software extensions on each employee's mobile, free calls between sites, and integration with the company's connectivity — fibre, Starlink or redundant backhaul — so a line outage doesn't leave the business without a phone.

Frequently asked questions

Do you certify the installation with a report?

Yes, every network point is certified with an approved tester and a report with the results is issued, needed to confirm the installation meets the standards and not just that it "looks like it works".

Can you expand a network installed by another company?

Yes, it's common to start from an existing installation: we audit what's there, identify the points that don't meet the standard or are mislabelled, and expand or replace only what's needed — without redoing the whole installation unless necessary.

Is the VoIP system included or is it a separate service?

It's a service within the same communications installation: it's sized alongside the data network because it shares the same cabling infrastructure and the same Internet connection, but it's billed according to the number of extensions and features the business needs.

Do you provide maintenance after installation?

Yes, as with the rest of our infrastructure services, ongoing maintenance and remote support can be contracted, with on-site visits when the issue requires it.

An office, unit or premises with a network that's outgrown itself?

We assess your current installation and propose a tailored expansion or redesign.
